Neighborhood Description

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood that does not have a lot of through traffic, and main traffic noise cannot be heard. While there are many short term rentals located in this neighborhood, there are hardly any located along this street. In fact, most of the street is empty for the majority of the year as many of these homes are secondary homes for out-of-state owners. Additionally, this neighborhood is right against Sara Lake Estates, which is right next to Pinecraft. Pinecraft is within a short walk from this property.

Getting Around

There is a bus stop at the corner of Brink Avenue and Bahia Vista Street that heads east. In order to head west, or toward the beaches, you will have to cross Bahia Vista Street and use the bus stop at the corner of Conrad Avenue and Bahia Vista Street, or any bus stop along Bahia Vista Street.

Owner Interaction with Guests

I give my guests space but am available when needed. Marlin and I live just up the street, so we are available if needed but give our guests total privacy.

Cancellation policy & Check-in/Check-out Times

Full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to check in. A 50% refund, including the cleaning fee and the bed tax will be issued if cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days before check in. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check in, only the cleaning fee and the bed tax will be refunded. If cancellation of reservation occurs within 48 hours of making the reservation, and the reservation check in date is 14 or more days out, a full refund will be issued.

To cancel a reservation, email info@marlinyoderrealtor.com to state that you would like to cancel. Please include the dates of the reservation that you would like to cancel. Reservation deadlines and refunds will be assessed based on time and date of the email received.

Check-in begins at 3pm the day your reservation begins and check-out is by 10am the day your reservation ends, unless other arrangements have been made with the owners. Owners reserve the right to adjust the check-in/check-out times as needed.

"The home is gorgeous and luxurious but also inviting and cozy. The pictures truly don't do the beauty justice. The home has all the basics you need for an easy stay, including beach chairs and towels. Everything was very well thought out, down to the smallest of details. The location is excellent. A quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from Siesta Key, Lido Key, downtown, and other sites like grocery stores, etc. We had no issues on this stay, but Erinn was very easy to communicate with. "The photos of this property were great but once you are at the property it is amazing! The home has every amenity and convenience that you would have in your own home, it's new and fresh and clean and very well appointed. It's hard to believe that someone wants strangers in this beautiful place! The beds and linens were comfortable, quiet street, and there are even beach chairs and towels if you need. Notes are strategically placed to answer every question. It's actually difficult to put into words how excellent this rental is and so was Erinn Yoder's assistance."
