This space is on a dead end street so there is no through traffic, which makes it a very quiet and friendly street. In fact, most homes on the street are second vacation homes for the residents, so they are only occupied a few weeks out of the year.

Full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to check in. A 50% refund, including the cleaning fee and the bed tax will be issued if cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days before check in. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check in, only the cleaning fee and the bed tax will be refunded. If cancellation of reservation occurs within 48 hours of making the reservation, and the reservation check in date is 14 or more days out, a full refund will be issued.

 

To cancel a reservation, email info @marlinyoderrealtor.com to state that you would like to cancel. Please include the dates of the reservation that you would like to cancel. Reservation deadlines and refunds will be assessed based on time and date of the email received.

 

Check-in begins at 3pm the day your reservation begins and check-out is by 10am the day your reservation ends, unless other arrangements have been made with the owners. Owners reserve the right to adjust the check-in/check-out times as needed.

 

"This place was great. My husband and I were visiting our son and their family. Everything was there that we needed for our visit and more. There were goodies for our enjoyment. The patio was wonderful in the evening when we got back from the kids' house. Full-sized fridge and fully stocked coffee station was much appreciated. The bed was the most comfortable I've been in while out of town. Definitely would go back!"

"This guest suite is accurately described. It's clean, it's charming, and has ocean touches despite it's in-town location. That location is very convenient for my specific purposes and the neighborhood was quiet and seemingly safe. The unit is well-equipped and space cleverly utilized. Parking is close and I liked the private and protected entrance. The suite has options with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Meanwhile, the closet is generous and the car is close. Appliances are modern and work well. The outdoor patio is another option in which a small suite isn't necessarily a small space."
