After a year-long total renovation project, we are thrilled to present Pattison Palms. Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully remodeled to present an experience of upscale casual elegance with the touch of Florida charm we know and love.

 

About Pattison Palms

Opting for an elegant design with essential, unique and thoughtful amenities, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, luxury kitchen awaits with features including a gorgeous waterfall island, brand new Bosch appliances including a French door refrigerator, 500 series dishwasher, and 800 series electric range, a Brizo double handled pot filler, Caraway pots and pans set, a Keurig K-Duo and a large apron-front sink.

The living space boasts a contemporary decor with a strong bend towards the modern. Colors are neutral and light to complement the beautiful natural lighting provided by the large front windows and accentuated by the vaulted ceiling. Overhead dimmable canned lights provides additional lighting and promotes the open concept and airy ambience of the kitchen and the dining and living areas. Relax in the genuine leather sofa and arm chairs while enjoying the crystal clear display of the 55 inch Samsung Frame Series TV (art TV).

The dining room is commanded by the show-stopping geometric chandelier that is gracefully suspended above the Restoration Hardware dining room table plated for 6. This chandelier illuminates the art pieces that are displayed on the back wall and is dimmable, so the light displayed is customizable.

With three bedrooms and 3 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. All bedrooms have a full sized bathroom immediately accessible to them, with two bathrooms that are also able to be shared with visiting guests if needed, or can be closed off to ensure exclusive use. Additionally, all bedrooms have Tuft & Needle king-sized platform beds that are equipped with 625 thread count Egyptian cotton linen sheets, pillows, and pillow cases, a full-length mirror, and a Fanimation Spitfire ceiling fan with 3 speeds that move up to 5176 cubic feet per minute.

The first bedroom is accompanied by an en-suite bathroom that is designed to accommodate visiting guests while also providing complete privacy to the guests staying in the front bedroom. This is done through the use of interior doors and a pocket door to the bedrooms and the main living area. The en-suite bathroom to the first bedroom is equipped with a tub shower to accommodate families with young children or those who simply want the option to soak in a hot bath. The rain head fixture of the shower provides a "drenching" shower experience as a greater volume of water gently flows over your body as you shower (as compared to a standard shower experience).

The second bedroom is the only true master bedroom of the house as the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. This bathroom is also equipped with a rain head fixture and a spacious walk-in shower with a bench.

The third bedroom is the furthest away from the main living space and is separated from the secondary living area by a modern style barn door and an interior door. Additionally, this bedroom has it's own mini-split A/C system, so this room has the potential to be the coldest out of all three bedrooms. The en-suite bathroom is designed to accommodate visiting guests who may be enjoying the secondary living area or, if the barn door is closed, provides extra privacy to those using the bedroom. This bathroom is also equipped with a walk-in shower and rain head shower fixture.

The secondary living area is accessible through the dining/kitchen area and provides a unique, more private experience than the main living area. Equipped with a stocked wet bar, beverage cooler, stand-up desk/workstation, a second 55 inch Samsung Frame art TV, chess/checkerboard, wall-mounted Scrabble board, and a Crosley record player, this area has a man-cavey vibe that is perfect for more focused work or play or a more private space to converse or lounge with a good book.

All blinds can be opened or lowered by the remote located right next to each window. This style of blind is designed to let in lots of light, but can be adjusted to be completely private as well. Simply stop the blind to your preferred setting via the remote.

Board games are also available! Settlers of Catan, Rook cards, playing cards, Uno cards, a 500 piece puzzle, Monopoly (Sarasota version) and a 500 piece poker set are all available to enjoy during your stay.

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a brand new heated saltwater pool and 6 person spa, complete with 2 in-pool lounge chairs, a sun shelf and bubbler that kids will truly enjoy. 8 lounge chairs border the pool that's perfect for soaking up those Florida rays in complete privacy while watching the big game on the 75 inch TV. A brand new 5 hole putting green and corn hole set create a great space for entertainment for kids and adults alike, making memories that will last a lifetime! The dimmable outdoor lighting creates a relaxing and peaceful ambiance for the evening time. Outdoor living room space has a propane fire place plus there is a wood-burning fire pit complete with 6 adirondack chairs, perfect for late-night marshmallow roasting and a Weber Spirit E-310 propane grill is available for grilling outdoors. The dining table will extend to seat up to 8 people as well. Additionally, this property sits right up against the play area of a child care center, so the delightful laughs and squeals of children playing can be distantly heard during the day.

The garage includes a laundry/folding area, a Maytag washer and dryer set, 6 beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and an Igloo chest so guests are fully equipped to enjoy the award-winning beaches that Sarasota has to offer. We also provide 12 pool towels. Additionally, a high chair and pack 'n play is available for families wishing to travel light.

Located at a dead-end, the entire street can be viewed easily from the inviting front porch and, since it faces eastward, it's the perfect place to enjoy your cup of coffee as the sun rises in the morning. The beautiful landscaping that encloses the perimeter of the property includes 15 Christmas palm trees, a variety of crotons, variegated scheffleras, perennials, Hawaiian red sisters, and a gorgeous bottle palm.

 

Neighborhood Description

This space is on a dead end street so there is no through traffic, making it a very quiet and friendly street. In fact, most homes on the street are second vacation homes for the residents, so they are only occupied a few weeks out of the year.

Cancellation policy & Check-in/Check-out Times

Full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to check in. A 50% refund, including the cleaning fee and the bed tax will be issued if cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days before check in. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check in, only the cleaning fee and the bed tax will be refunded. If cancellation of reservation occurs within 48 hours of making the reservation, and the reservation check in date is 14 or more days out, a full refund will be issued.
 
To cancel a reservation, email [email protected] to state that you would like to cancel. Please include the dates of the reservation that you would like to cancel. Reservation deadlines and refunds will be assessed based on time and date of the email received.
 
Check-in begins at 3pm the day your reservation begins and check-out is by 10am the day your reservation ends, unless other arrangements have been made with the owners. Owners reserve the right to adjust the check-in/check-out times as needed.

"The home is gorgeous and luxurious but also inviting and cozy. The pictures truly don't do the beauty justice. The home has all the basics you need for an easy stay, including beach chairs and towels. Everything was very well thought out, down to the smallest of details. The location is excellent. A quiet neighborhood that is minutes away from Siesta Key, Lido Key, downtown, and other sites like grocery stores, etc. We had no issues on this stay, but Erinn was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home!"
